Customer Service Officer Logistics $60,000-$65,000 Super Full-time | Onsite Our client is a growing Australian logistics business partnering with customers to move high-value, time-critical freight across Australia. They're seeking a proactive Customer Service Officer to join a supportive, close-knit team. This is not a call centre role. You'll manage complex freight enquiries, track urgent deliveries, liaise with couriers, and solve problems in real time using CRM systems.
