My client is a looking for an experienced Site Manager to join due to recent project wins and growth. Ideal traits the successful candidate will have: 5 - 10 years of experience in the role. Commercial, industrial or similar project experience. Leadership - enjoys mentoring and teaching others. Excellent ability to build rapport with others. Strong past tenure with employers. Team player who loves a challenge! Positive, "can-do" attitude. With a strong pipeline of work already under construction and due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join. Your Requirements: Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.) Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors Ideally 5 - 10 years in a similar role and industry experience running your own projects between $10m - $50m Your Rewards: Attractive salary package dependant on experience.
