We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from TSPV-cleared ICT professionals based in Canberra for upcoming and ongoing opportunities within a secure Federal Government environment. Roles of Interest We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with experience in the following areas: Windows System Administrators Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022) Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP Patch management, system monitoring and troubleshooting Security hardening and compliance within classified environments Infrastructure Engineers Design, implementation, and support of enterprise ICT infrastructure Active Directory and identity services Windows Server platforms and core services (DNS, DHCP, PKI) Virtualisation technologies (VMware / Hyper-V) Storage and backup solutions Automation and scripting (PowerShell) Infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and system integrations Experience in Defence or Federal Government environments highly regarded Service Desk Professionals Level 1-2 support experience Incident, request, and problem management Strong customer service skills in secure environments Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar) Ability to support end users in classified settings Security Requirements Current TSPV clearance (mandatory) Australian citizenship Ability to work onsite in Canberra What We Offer Long-term contract and permanent opportunities Competitive daily rates / salaries Work on mission-critical systems supporting national security outcomes Professional, supportive team environments
