Job Impact: As a Security Officer you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment at Kellyville Village including customers, clients, general public and colleagues. Reporting to the Security Supervisor, you’ll manage access control, respond to incidents, and collaborate with hospital teams to support patient care. Your professionalism, empathy, and vigilance will ensure service delivery and operational security without delay or compromise. We are currently recruiting for: 1 x Permanent Part time position Key Responsibilities : Premises Monitoring: Ensure facilities/location remain safe and secure for customers, staff, and visitors. Incident & Emergency Response: Respond calmly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, and workplace changes. Access Control: Manage entry points and enforce visitor policies to maintain compliance and safety. Routine Patrolling: Conduct checks of perimeters, zones, sites, areas to maintain security integrity and prevent unauthorized access. Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms, suspicious items, or security breaches, following established protocols and escalating as required. Customer Service: Provide empathetic, respectful assistance to patients, staff, and visitors while upholding security standards. Reporting & Confidentiality: Maintain accurate incident reports and ensure confidentiality at all times. Collaboration: Work closely with hospital staff to support patient care and security operations.
