About the role Team Global Express is seeking experienced Business Development Managers to drive new business, build strong relationships, and deliver value to our customers. What you’ll do Identify, pursue and win new logo business across key industry sectors Stay across industry trends, customer needs and competitor activity to spot growth opportunities Sell multichannel logistics solutions that deliver customer value and drive volume, revenue and profit Prospect actively (including cold calling) to understand customer requirements and match them with the right TGE services Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting and CRM discipline in Salesforce Apply structured sales methodology to generate, convert and progress new-logo opportunities Lead presentations, pitches and solution demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders Negotiate contracts and agreements that deliver mutual value Oversee customer onboarding, ensuring pricing, billing, service delivery and revenue align with forecasts before handover to Account Management What you’ll bring Proven success securing new business and expanding markets Confident cold caller able to engage at multiple levels within an organisation Strong commercial acumen and experience negotiating contracts and commercial agreements Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex service offerings Skilled in using data insights, CRM tools and sales methodology to manage pipeline and drive conversions Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs to shape solutions Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally to design and implement solutions that meet customer and revenue expectations Qualifications & Experience Relevant experience in Transport/Logistics and Sales (preferred but not mandatory) 3–5 years’ experience in face-to-face sales or business development Membership with a relevant professional association (highly regarded) About Team Global Express Team Global Express (TGE) is an Australian-owned transport and logistics business delivering to Australia and New Zealand.
