Description As the Retail & Exhibition Sales Manager at Melbourne Royal, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and managing the exhibition experience for our exhibitors. Based at the Melbourne Showgrounds in Ascot Vale, this full-time permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your sales expertise and leadership skills. You will be responsible for planning, developing, selling and delivering commercial exhibition space for the Melbourne Royal Show. You will manage the full lifecycle of exhibitor engagement, including new business development, retention, contracting, compliance and onsite delivery. Accountable for achieving exhibition-related revenue targets and contributes to broader commercial growth through ancillary products, sponsorship alignment and emerging revenue opportunities. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality exhibitions that meet commercial, operational and customer experience objectives.
