Your role within the team The Clinical/Real World Research Associate is a key role within our research team and the broader Global R&D team. The role is responsible for the end-to-end management and oversight of our clinical trials and real-world research program with direct guidance and support from the Clinical/Real World Research Manger. The associate role will be responsible for working with senior members of the team to deliver our research on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include: Manage (with guidance) a portfolio of global and local research projects end-to-end, tracking and reporting progress to the Clinical/Real World Research Manager and supporting status reporting to senior Management. Project-manage and coordinate multi-country, cross-functional project teams with support. Coordinate and oversee external vendors supporting H&H clinical and consumer research. Manage multiple complex priorities to support internal and external teams in delivering projects on time, within budget and to high quality standards. Support the ideation of research projects and assist in defining project goals, milestones, resourcing and detailed project plans. Support study site monitoring and site management in line with ICH GCP guidelines for Swisse Clinical Trials. Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements. Demonstrates strong communication skills to interpret and articulate key messages on projects to team members at all levels within the business and externally. Highlights or identifies opportunities to ensure optimal management of projects and streamlines resources. Coordinates activities and deliverables of clinical research projects and proactively identifies and manages challenges. Performs CRA activities for relevant studies. To make sure we’re setting new starters up for success, we ask that you meet a few criteria relevant to the role to be considered for this opportunity: Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical trials and/or research, with prior clinical trial monitoring experience highly regarded. Relevant undergraduate health sciences qualification (e.g. nutrition, biomedical, physiology, pharmacy) or other tertiary qualification combined with relevant industry experience. Ability to build relationships quickly with external and internal stakeholders. Demonstrates influence without authority. Capable of managing multiple complex projects end to end with support. Knowledge of ICHGCP guidelines and requirements.
