Key Responsibilities Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and disembarkation processes, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. Manage check-in tasks including verifying tickets, issuing boarding passes, and checking luggage. Provide accurate flight information to passengers regarding schedules, delays, cancellations, and gate changes. Resolve passenger issues with professionalism and efficiency, assisting with inquiries on schedules, fares, and policies. Ensure safety and security compliance in all processes, including screening passengers and luggage. Coordinate with airport personnel to ensure smooth operations, prompt assistance in emergencies, and effective handling of delays or disruptions. Assist with aircraft cabin cleaning as required.
