Estimator Driven by strategic growth and continued expansion, Bielby is seeking a capable Estimator to add to our growing Pre Contracts team. This is a great opportunity where you will drive the first-principles estimation and commercial strategy for high-value tenders across roads, rail, renewables, and marine infrastructure. Leveraging our 40-year legacy of delivery excellence, you will play an influential role in shaping Bielby’s strategic future and footprint through work winning estimates. The Role Develop precise estimates for major infrastructure projects. Evaluate material take-offs and pricing while detecting and resolving inconsistencies in project schedules. Liaise effectively with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and vendors, to ensure alignment. Contribute expert technical guidance and suggest creative construction techniques to improve project outcomes. Participate in on-site assessments and client meetings to inform the tender development process. About You 5 years in civil construction estimating roles across large-scale infrastructure projects. High-level competency in industry software, specifically Expert Estimation. A track record of securing successful bids within the civil infrastructure sector. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple project deadlines concurrently.
