For this role we are looking for strengths in:- Regional and Remote Economic Development - Analysis and assessment- Interpersonal skills- Project facilitation and delivery - Written Communication- Adaptability & flexibility Your responsibilities- Assist and engage in the promotion of departmental service offerings to support regional economic growth and supply chain development particularly in the Central Highlands and Central Western Queensland areas- Assist and engage in the coordination and delivery of departmental programs, industry initiatives, workshops, industry events- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and other government agencies to support the delivery of regional outcomes in regional and remote Queensland- Facilitate connections across government and non-government agencies to progress regional projects that align to Departmental priority industries - Support regional leadership and capacity building to deliver on economic priorities of regional communities - Identify opportunities and contribute positively to team activities including project planning and implementation Applications to remain current for 12 months.
