We are seeking an experienced Administration for a Temporary Assignment for an initial 6-month assignment to assist with document review, process documentation, internal communications, and general administrative tasks within the operations and compliance function teams for our Client based at Kooragang. This is a predominantly admin-based role where you do not need to be a safety or systems specialist, however you must be organised, methodical, and comfortable working with operational teams and bring forward a senior level of experience to date. Key Responsibilities: Review and update Safe Work Instructions (SWIs) in collaboration with the employees and supervisors who use them Ensure SWIs are current, clearly written, consistent in format, and fit for purpose Document end-to-end processes for site induction and access portals used by various customer sites (e.g. onboarding steps, required documents, system workflows) Assist with communications and coordination relating to the rollout of a new online ordering system, including: Preparing simple user guides, step-by-step instructions, and FAQs Supporting internal and customer communications (emails, reference documents, basic training material) Capturing feedback from users and helping document process refinements Maintain registers, track document versions, and manage filing Provide general administrative support as required (data entry, document formatting, coordination) Skills & Experience required: Strong administrative and written communication skills - ideally within mining or similar sector High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes Confident liaising with operational staff (drivers, supervisors, site contacts) to capture "how work is actually done" Comfortable working with Word, Excel, PDFs, email, and online portals Prior exposure to safety documentation, inductions, or system rollouts is helpful but not essential Ideal Backgrounds: Administration / office support Operations or logistics administration Engagement: 6 month Temporary Assignment (possibility of further extension but not guaranteed) This role will commence mid-late January, therefore applications are encouraged by January 12, 2026 for consideration.
