About the Role As an Assistant Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects from site acquisition through to construction handover. This is a hands-on position where you’ll work closely with senior development managers and internal teams, gaining experience in: Site Identification & Acquisition – Assist with feasibility studies and due diligence. Development Applications (DA) – Prepare documentation and liaise with consultants. Design & Approvals – Coordinate design teams and manage approval processes. Project Delivery – Support during construction and ensure smooth handover. This role offers exposure to complex, high-value projects and the chance to learn from experienced mentors who are invested in your growth. What We’re Looking For Experience: Minimum 6 months in an Assistant Development Manager role or similar. Education: Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, Engineering, or related fields.
