The Opportunity ANZUK is supporting a fantastic service in Sydney's CBD in their search for an experienced Educational Leader to join the team in 2026. You will be a strong leader who enjoys mentoring through role modelling best practice in the room. You will enjoy spending 1-1 time with educators and teachers, getting to their individual teaching and learning styles. The centre is looking for a confident and passionate leader, with strong pedagogical knowledge and someone who promotes a culture of collaboration and accountability. You will be someone who celebrates the wins - big or small - and is dedicated to looking after your team's wellbeing. You will benefit from working closely with a highly experienced management team to develop and deliver high quality programs throughout the service.
