Cedarmill Pty Ltd, located in the popular tourist destination of Mount Tamborine , is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis. We are a well-established hospitality business known for delivering high-quality food and exceptional dining experiences to locals and visitors. Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals in accordance with the menu and business standards Plan menus in consultation with management, considering seasonal produce and customer preferences Ensure consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation Monitor food quality and stock levels, including ordering and stock rotation Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety Supervise and support kitchen staff where required Minimise food wastage and control kitchen costs Skills & Experience Required Minimum Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent At least 1-2 years of relevant full-time work experience as a Chef Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management and organisational skills Understanding of Australian food safety and hygiene standards Interested candidates Please apply via link below.
