To ensure compliance of company contract terms with safety regulations and alignment with corporate interests in business collaborations, effectively mitigate contractual risks, and safeguard the successful implementation of safety projects and the company’s legal rights, we have decided to appoint a Contract Administrator. Responsibilities of the role include: ● In accordance with the company's business requirements and the specific characteristics of security solutions, draft various types of contractual documents, including but not limited to security service agreements and technical cooperation contracts, ensuring that the terms accurately and clearly reflect the mutual intentions of the parties involved while complying with applicable laws and regulations. ● Conduct comprehensive compliance reviews of contracts submitted by internal departments or external counterparts, assessing the legality, reasonableness, and potential legal risks of contractual clauses—such as imbalanced rights and obligations or ambiguous breach-of-contract liabilities—and provide targeted recommendations for revision. ● Oversee the end-to-end management of contract-related processes, including approval, co-signature, and circulation, to ensure procedural standardization, operational efficiency, and timely processing. ● Monitor the entire lifecycle of contracts, including execution, performance, amendment, and termination, to ensure all parties fulfill their obligations in accordance with agreed terms and to promptly identify, report, and resolve any issues arising during implementation. ● Perform periodic risk assessments related to contract performance, particularly regarding counterparty creditworthiness and potential legal vulnerabilities in contractual terms, and issue early warnings along with corresponding mitigation strategies. ● Establish and maintain a systematic contract archive management framework, involving classification, organization, and archiving of contracts and associated documentation, to ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and full traceability. To be competent in this role, you must have: ● Bachelor’s degree (or higher). ● Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. ● Comprehensive understanding of contract management procedures, along with strong capabilities in risk assessment, issue identification, and resolution. ● Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail. ● Excellent organizational and time management skills.
