About the Role: Mader have an exciting opportunity for an experienced blue-collar, high-volume Recruitment Specialist to join our Southern Queensland Team. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end resourcing, shortlisting, and on-boarding of skilled Mechanical Trades. This is a full-time permanent role working Monday to Friday 7:30AM – 4:00PM at our Hamilton Office in Brisbane. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and implement new recruitment initiatives Advertise on various platforms ( ie. Seek, indeed, LinkedIn and company website) Talent search passive candidates through various networks Liaising and supporting hiring managers through selection process Conducting face-to-face and video interviews Pro-active candidate sourcing through various platforms – referrals, talent search, social media, LinkedIn etc. Prepare and manage employment offers & on-boarding process Ad hoc administration and reporting tasks as required Skills & Experience: Previous high-volume, blue-collar recruitment experience Full Australian Working Rights Prior experience using Page Up is highly advantageous Ability to build and maintain strong relationships Strong communication skills both written and verbal
