The Role We are seeking a talented and dynamic Full-Time Landscape Architect to join our vibrant team. The key responsibilities for this role include: Working closely with clients to fully understand their needs and preferences, translating these into detailed, tailored design solutions. Developing and refining comprehensive design plans that incorporate both soft and hard landscaping elements, utilizing design software and tools to create compelling visualizations and presentations of design concepts. Creating and maintaining detailed design specifications, and overseeing the implementation of projects on-site, ensuring strict adherence to design standards, quality assurance protocols, and specifications. Contributing fresh ideas and perspectives within a diverse team, continually seeking to enhance design techniques and practices. Collaborating effectively with a team of designers, engineers, and construction professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth, and improvement. Ensuring consistent high standards of work quality throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to final client satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Landscape Architecture or a related field At least 2 years of professional experience in landscape design and implementation. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both clients and team members. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while upholding high efficiency and quality standards. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Photoshop.
