About the Role: As a Travel Consultant at Bonaventure Travel, you'll play a key role in making dream vacations a reality. Your expertise will help our clients navigate their options to tailor itineraries that fit their needs and desires. This role is critical to ensuring client satisfaction and upholding Bonaventure’s reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to determine their travel needs and preferences. - Design and book comprehensive travel packages, including flights, accommodations, and tours. - Provide expert advice on travel destinations, attractions, and activities. - Develop and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and vendors. - Stay informed on the latest travel trends and industry news. - Manage travel bookings and handle changes or cancellations efficiently. - Resolve any client issues with professionalism and courtesy. - Ensure all travel arrangements meet compliance and quality standards. - Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell travel products and services. - Document and update client interactions using our CRM system.
