From day one, you'll work with an established client base, contributing to live projects and strong job flow in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Partnering with key clients to support their on-site talent needs Proactively networking and sourcing quality candidates Executing candidate attraction strategies for priority roles Conducting video interviews and presenting "decision-ready" candidates Generating contract starters in Bullhorn (CRM) Managing your contract portfolio, including safety and compliance Assisting BDMs with lead generation and market insights We're looking for someone driven, personable, and ready to make an impact.
