What You’ll Do Provide scheduled and ad hoc onsite and remote support to systemsGo clients. Troubleshoot IT infrastructure and network-related issues, ensuring timely resolution. Install, configure, and test computer and network systems for projects. Assist with engineering tasks under the guidance of Service Delivery Manager. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams about system status and requirements. Monitor and escalate critical issues to management when necessary. Support the sales team by gathering technical information during client visits. Follow systemsGo’s methodologies to deliver consistent, high-quality service. Continuously develop your IT and communication skills to stay ahead in a fast-paced environment. What We’re Looking For Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3 years’ experience in IT end-user support or service delivery. Hands-on experience with office IT environments (PCs, printers, peripherals). Knowledge of network infrastructure (cabling, circuits, network devices). Strong customer service skills—able to explain technical issues clearly and summarize results effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following instructions to completion. Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning. Language: Professional English required Technical Skills Microsoft certifications (Windows 7/8/10 MCP/MCITP, MCSA/MCSE) highly desirable. Office 365 administration experience. Video conferencing support (Cisco WebEx, Zoom, Polycom). Windows Server and Microsoft services (AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, GPO). Networking experience (firewalls, switches). Familiarity with VDI, Microsoft Azure, MDM solutions. Project coordination experience is a plus.
