Your Next Leadership Opportunity Starts Here Daimler Trucks Milperra is seeking an experienced Heavy Vehicle Technician with proven leadership capability to step into the role of Nightshift Leading Hand. In this hands-on and fast-paced position, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our Heavy Commercial Vehicle and Pre-Delivery workshop. You’ll lead from the front—overseeing diagnostics and repairs across a diverse fleet, ensuring all work meets the highest quality standards, and providing practical coaching and mentorship to your team. This is a permanent, full-time Afternoon Shift role, working Monday to Thursday from 2:00pm–10:00pm, Friday from 12:00pm–8:00pm, with Saturday work once per month from 7:00am–12:00pm.
