About the Role Our client is looking for an experienced, practising, Registered Architect to work on a permanent full-time basis out of their North Sydney Office. This role is required to lead architectural projects from concept to completion, managing design quality, client relationships, and team coordination, while ensuring delivery aligns with the firm’s standards and values. You will also: Work as a key member of the in-house documentation team. Cooperate on the delivery of multiple residential as well as commercial projects. Manage the process and timely delivery of projects and documentation. Ensure projects are properly costed at all stages of design. development and to ensure they are delivered on a budget. Apply solid project management skills including documentation and progress tracking. Lead projects from the concept design through to the construction phase, including liaising with the clients, councils and consultants. Apply sound understanding of BCA - Building Code of Australia and NSW planning controls. About You: NSW Registered Architect with a Master degree in Architecture. Minimum 6 years post-graduate architectural experience incl. at least 3 years of local Australian based experience Solid understanding of construction, documentation and project delivery including the Development Application, Construction Certificate and Tender Documentation process. Strong problem-solving skills with ability to liaise with external suppliers and trades to solve problems that may occur on site. Ability to coordinate a project team, as well as work independently. Revit software proficient with sound experience in drafting and/or design. Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign would be an advantage.
