The Role As Operations Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of nine early learning services across Sydney’s Inner West, Western Sydney, Hills District, Lower North Shore, and Sutherland Shire. This is a senior leadership role requiring a confident, commercially minded operator who can balance people leadership, compliance, performance, and culture across multiple sites. You will partner closely with Centre Directors to strengthen operational consistency, uplift performance, and ensure high-quality outcomes for children, families, and teams. The role requires regular site presence, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to lead through influence rather than micromanagement. About You You are an experienced operations or senior leadership professional with a proven track record in multi-site management .
