ConsultANZ is looking for an experienced Piling Project Manager to join a leading construction contractor delivering major foundation and ground engineering works across Queensland. This role suits a driven, technically strong professional with proven experience managing complex piling packages on large-scale infrastructure projects. ABOUT YOU Extensive technical expertise in piling and ground engineering, with hands-on experience across CFA, Bored, Driven, and Diaphragm Wall piling systems. Demonstrated success applying modern piling methodologies on complex civil and infrastructure projects. Strong capability in managing technical documentation, compliance records, and quality assurance reporting. Confident leader able to motivate site teams and collaborate effectively with engineers, clients, and subcontractors. Highly organised with excellent planning, scheduling, and time management skills. YOUR ROLE Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and foremen to ensure efficient delivery of project plans. Manage on-site construction activities in line with project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards. Oversee the design, setup, and installation of temporary works, ensuring full safety compliance. Develop and maintain short-term construction programs to support milestones and maintain consistent workflow. Prepare and review method statements and risk assessments to ensure safe and efficient operations. Track project variations and additional works, maintaining accurate records for monthly valuations. Maintain detailed daily site records, progress reports, and key event logs. Ensure systematic organisation and archiving of all project documentation for audits and future reference. WHAT YOU’LL NEED Minimum 8 years’ post-graduate experience in civil engineering. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification. Previous experience working within the Australian or New Zealand construction industry. Proven capability in self-performing piling works and advanced ground engineering techniques. Strong understanding of civil construction principles, safety standards, and best practices. WHAT’S ON OFFER Highly competitive salary package tailored to experience.
