With increasing demand and a growing client base, they’re now building out their founding Customer Success team to ensure customers are supported, retained and expanding long term. The Role – Customer Success Manager As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers, acting as a trusted partner and ensuring they achieve real value from the platform.
