The Role As a Development Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind projects from initial acquisition through to completion. Your responsibilities will include: Strategic Site Acquisition – Identify opportunities and lead feasibility analysis. Planning & Approvals – Navigate DA processes and manage stakeholder relationships. Design Leadership – Coordinate consultants and ensure design aligns with market needs.
