As a teacher and member of the Maningrida College community, design, deliver and evaluate learning programs and monitor student achievement to address individual learning needs, including targeted, evidence-based instruction. Use data to develop learning programs, track progress and collaborate with classroom teachers and school leadership, to build foundational skills and improve overall literacy outcomes, focusing on explicit, systematic, and multi-sensory approaches.
