You will be confident in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, managing clients, and supporting partners across diverse corporate matters. Who will they be supporting? You will work alongside senior lawyers and partners, supporting a busy corporate team on significant commercial and corporate transactions for sophisticated clients across multiple industries. Our day-to-day responsibilities will be: • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts • Advising on corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and corporate structuring • Assisting with regulatory and compliance matters • Supporting partners in client-facing matters and project management • Collaborating with team members while working independently on transactional matters Do you have the following skillset? • 2–4 years’ PQE in corporate/commercial law from a reputable firm • Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills • Excellent commercial awareness and client-focused approach • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to develop further expertise Contact Apply now or contact Erica Brown on Ebrown@mjdrecruitment.com.au or call 0400 111 741.
