We are currently seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our fantastic team based in our Auburn Site – supporting NSW. This role is responsible for providing Business Partnering support to our NSW locations for our Operational teams with HR generalist operation activities. The Position reports to a supportive HR Manager and working within a greater HR professional team. We are keen to have the right fit to contribute to the development and support in assisting in the implementation of HR strategies. This role will have some travel to other sites in New South Wales, the role is based at Auburn where there is train access and free onsite parking. About you Minimum 3 years’ experience with Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Experience in supporting operational management with the interpretation of EA Industrial Instruments and exposure in a blue collar/operational environments Exposure to employee relations case management and investigations Sound knowledge of the principles and practice of contemporary human resource management, including relevant legislation such as the Fair Work Act, workers' compensation legislation and anti-discrimination legislation Excellent communication skills, ability to work autonomously towards a required outcome and be proactive and collaborate within a team What we offer Competitive remuneration To be a part of an amazing HR community Opportunity to grow into the role and future growth within As above onsite parking If this sounds like your next exciting role with an ASX listed organisation, then we would love to hear from you!
