We are seeking an enthusiastic Diploma Educator to join our team at Bunyip Kindergarten . Our kindergarten has been at the heart of Bunyip’s close-knit community for nearly sixty years. We deliver high-quality 3- and 4-year-old programs that value curiosity, creativity, and inclusive practice, within a supportive environment where educators are respected, supported, and genuinely valued. Our Bush Kinder program reflects our strong commitment to nature-based learning and professional practice, offering educators the opportunity to extend children’s learning beyond the classroom and see firsthand the powerful impact this has on children’s confidence, wellbeing, and lifelong learning. Join our team full-time in a Diploma educator position to deliver meaningful, inclusive learning experiences in a multi-age room, empowering children through EYLF principles. About you You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference. You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child. You're a critical thinker and collaborative team member. You have a drive to grow and improve continually. You value kindness and respect. You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations. You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a WWCC and a first aid certificate. Experience in Bush Kinder or other nature-based programs, using outdoor environments to foster children’s curiosity, resilience, and connection to the natural world, is highly desirable. About the role You'll create a supportive environment where children are safeguarded to learn and grow. You'll develop and implement engaging learning experiences based on the ECMS pedagogical framework. You'll build strong relationships with children, families, the community and colleagues.
