We are currently seeking a Security Technician to join our Honeywell team in Launceston. This customer-facing role requires a strong focus on understanding and addressing customer needs within the electronic security industry. Responsibilities Engage with customers to assess their security requirements and identify suitable solutions Generate tailored solutions with a specific emphasis on Electronic Access Control Systems (EACS), CCTV, and alarm systems Collaborate with the Field Service Supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery success Be apart of afterhours On-Call Roster Provide expert knowledge of our products and services to help guide customers' purchasing decisions Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (training provided) Configuration of security systems hardware and software Diagnose faults and repairs on security systems Qualifications Experience as Security Technician or Electrician Ability to understand and explain electronic security systems to clients.
