Reporting into the Chief of Staff , this role sits at the centre of Finance, Technology, Supply Chain, and Enterprise Transformation, offering high visibility and hands-on exposure in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment. Let's Talk About the Role: Global Productivity Tool Enablement Support the build, configuration, and rollout of a new global Productivity Tool Help embed the tool across the organisation through user onboarding, training materials, and process mapping Support data validation, governance routines, and quality controls as adoption scales Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective use of the tool Financial Tracking & Value Realisation Partner closely with Finance to establish consistent valuation and benefit-tracking methodologies Track month-to-month value delivery, variances, and initiative performance Prepare reconciliations, insights, and materials for executive and leadership reviews Transformation & Project Management Support Work with Global Technology Services (GTS) and other functions to track initiative timelines, dependencies, and impacts Maintain a clear transformation roadmap with progress indicators, risks, and issue tracking Apply structured project management discipline to surface blockers and support timely escalation Reporting, Presentations & Standards Develop clear, compelling reporting templates, dashboards, and presentation packs Use Excel and PowerPoint to translate complex financial and operational data into executive-ready insights Maintain a central repository of transformation artefacts and documentation Support leadership forums, including operational reviews, transformation councils, and Steering Committees General Analysis & Stakeholder Support Conduct financial, strategic, and operational analysis as required Support senior stakeholders with preparation for executive meetings, workshops, and cross-functional reviews Let's Talk About You: Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline Honours or Master’s degree is advantageous but not required Experience Graduate with strong academic performance; or 1–2 years’ experience in areas such as: Financial analysis or commercial finance Business or data analysis Corporate strategy or consulting Transformation, PMO, or project support roles Experience supporting productivity initiatives, digital tools, or enterprise systems is an advantage Technical & Functional Skills Strong Excel capability (pivot tables, lookups, financial modelling, tracking mechanisms) Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills, particularly for financial and value-tracking narratives Project management or PMO exposure, with the ability to track milestones, risks, and outcomes Comfortable navigating data across multiple systems (ERP, planning, analytics, portfolio tools) Bonus: Power BI, Tableau, or basic SQL Core Capabilities Strong financial literacy and numerical reasoning Structured thinker with high attention to detail Confident communicator, able to present insights clearly to senior stakeholders Able to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in ambiguity Collaborative and comfortable working across functions Career Growth & Development This role offers broad exposure across Finance, Technology, Supply Chain, and Enterprise Transformation, with clear progression opportunities within 18–36 months into analyst and business partner roles across productivity, finance, digital, and operations.
