This is a Learning & Leadership Consultant role with Clayton Utz based in Brisbane, QLD, AU Clayton Utz Role Seniority - mid level More about the Learning & Leadership Consultant role at Clayton Utz Your new role: As a Learning & Leadership Consultant in our national team, you will play a key role in advancing our learning and leadership initiatives. Your responsibilities will include designing meaningful learning experiences, engaging with stakeholders, and facilitating programs. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning & Leadership Development, this position will draw upon your communication, project management and facilitating skills to deliver effective learning programs. Key responsibilities: The role works autonomously to deliver learning and leadership programs for the local office (Brisbane) and in collaboration with the wider team for national programs. Manage the end-to-end delivery of learning from design through to evaluation Facilitate, coordinate and project manage learning events for clerks, grads, lawyers etc. Contribute to the design and implementation of leadership programs and initiatives Create instructional materials, using appropriate multimedia sources Support lawyer CPD requirements, reporting and communication Establish success metrics and analyse feedback to evolve programs Skills and experience: Ideally 5 years' experience as a learning professional Tertiary qualifications in adult education / organisational learning, psychology or a related field Facilitation experience to large and small groups ideally in a professional services environment Desirable - accreditation in psychometric tools, e.g. Genos, MBTI, TLC Clayton Utz is a leading law firm invested in our people.
