Recruitment Select is currently accepting applications for a Quality Inspector on behalf of one of our large manufacturing clients based in Benalla. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, identifying defects, and verifying compliance with specifications to ensure high‑quality products and strong customer satisfaction. Experience within a manufacturing or electrical environment is essential, however previous experience in a quality role is not required, as full training will be provided. This position may commence on a casual basis, working day shift Monday to Friday, 6:00am-2:15pm . Pay rates will be commensurate with experience. Permanent positions may be available immediately for candidates who demonstrate the required skills and experience. Permanent roles include benefits such as annual leave, personal leave, public holiday pay, and one RDO per month. (Benefits do not apply to casual positions.) Job Duties Perform in‑process quality checks on assembly lines to verify products are being built to standard. Carry out final inspections on finished goods before packaging and dispatch. Use basic measuring tools and follow documented inspection procedures. Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and product specifications. Record inspection results accurately and report any non‑conformances. Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues and prevent rework.
