APS Group is expanding its Retail Division and is seeking experienced Refit Team Leaders to deliver supermarket store refit projects across Melbourne. Role commencing 19 January 2026 What's On Offer Consistent casual work across rotating projects (1-8 weeks per site) Work across metro Melbourne with potential regional travel opportunities Paid regional and long-distance travel allowances Mentor, develop, and manage merchandising teams Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee refit merchandising teams onsite Allocate daily tasks and ensure work aligns with the project scope and timelines Ensure WHS compliance Maintain high standards of presentation, quality, and housekeeping Act as the primary onsite contact for APS Group and our client Assist with the training and development of new team members About You Experience in a retail supervisory, coordination or senior merchandising role Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills Ability to guide teams and contribute positively onsite High attention to detail and effective time management Valid driver's licence and reliable transport Retail, refit, planogram, shelving, or ESL experience preferred OHS White Card (or willingness to obtain) Important Notes This is a physical role involving bending, lifting and repetitive tasks Shifts are Sunday-Thursday nights, and Monday - Friday days Ready to Apply?
