Practice Features Newly rebuilt, modern clinic with five additional consulting rooms Fully bulk-billing practice On-site physiotherapy and 4Cyte Pathology Experienced nursing and administrative support Best Practice clinical software Investment in AI tools for scribing and billing to reduce GP workload Comprehensive induction and onboarding Scope of Services The practice offers a broad range of general practice services including: Children’s, men’s and women’s health Chronic disease management Mental health care plans Skin checks and minor procedures Travel medicine (Q-Fever and Yellow Fever accredited) The Role Position: General Practitioner Employment Type: Full-time or part-time Type of GP required VR GP Open to Level 3 supervised GPs Special Interests Highly Regarded: Women’s health Mental health Geriatric care Hours & Remuneration Clinic currently open 6 days per week (Monday–Friday and Sunday) Flexible hours available, including optional Saturday or after-hours sessions 70–75% of billings or $180–$200 per hour guarantee for the first 3 months Patient Demand High patient demand with existing GPs booked one week in advance Full appointment books expected quickly Community & Location The location is a rapidly expanding outer-metro area near Melbourne’s rural border (MM1 classification), with a culturally diverse population, the clinic strongly values inclusivity and cultural awareness.
