An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading built environment consultancy delivering cost management and commercial services across a diverse range of projects. Key Responsibilities Provide cost planning, estimating, and budgeting services throughout the project lifecycle Prepare tender documentation, bills of quantities, and procurement strategies Evaluate tenders, prepare tender reports, and assist with contractor selection Manage project costs, valuations, variations, and final accounts Monitor financial performance and provide regular cost reports to clients Support contract administration and commercial risk management Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery Key Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline Relevant experience in a consultancy or client-side environment Strong knowledge of standard forms of contract Competent in cost management software and Microsoft Office Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Desirable Chartered status (MRICS) or working towards professional accreditation Experience across a variety of sectors such as commercial, residential, healthcare, or infrastructure Understanding of sustainability and value engineering principles What’s on Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Clear career progression and structured professional development Supportive, inclusive, and collaborative working culture Opportunity to work on prestigious and complex projects
