What you’ll be doing: Initially, taking hands-on ownership of large-scale software implementation projects for major Australian banks. Analysing current project management processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for scale. Designing, documenting, and implementing a new, standardised PMO framework (Agile-based). Reporting on project status and strategic initiatives directly to the C-suite. Growing to lead and oversee the Client Services Delivery team. What you'll bring to the team: Extensive experience in end-to-end project management for external clients, preferably in FinTech, Banking, or Enterprise SaaS. Demonstrable experience in designing, improving, or implementing PMO processes or frameworks . An "innovation mindset" and a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence C-level executives. A proactive, self-starting attitude with a deep sense of ownership.
