Description Permanent/continuing, full-time position Level 8/9: $120,866 - $149,960 17% superannuation About the Role The University of Wollongong is seeking a dynamic and people-focused Manager – Student Information Systems (SIS) to lead the team responsible for the University’s core student administration systems. Based within Information Management Technology Services (IMTS), this role manages the Student Information Systems team, ensuring the stability, enhancement and strategic development of student systems in partnership with faculties, divisions, vendors and technical specialists. You will translate business needs into effective technology solutions that support the student lifecycle and align with the University’s strategic objectives. You will provide strong leadership to developers and support staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture while overseeing workload planning, prioritisation and delivery. A key focus of the role is developing staff capability, supporting career progression and driving continuous improvement across systems, processes and products. About You This role suits an experienced leader with strong stakeholder engagement skills, a passion for developing people and the ability to bridge business and technology in a complex environment.
