Full-Time Contract | 8-Hour Days M-F | Mid-Late January 26 start | Melbourne Based Join the BHP Xplor communications team and help shape the stories of early-stage mineral exploration ventures. This is an edit‑first role focused on crafting engaging short‑form content for social, digital, and internal platforms, with occasional in-office shoot requirements. What You’ll Do: • Cut short-form social pieces and assemble narrative-driven videos from interviews and B‑roll in Premiere Pro. • Grade footage in DaVinci Resolve (Desirable, not essential). • Mix audio, add captions, and integrate titles/graphics. • On occasion, shoot pieces to camera in the office, with a teleprompter and basic lighting/audio kit. What You Bring: • 3–5 years editing experience with your own laptop – must be Mac. • Strong Premiere Pro/Adobe Suite skills; confidence in DaVinci Resolve. • Sense of visual rhythm and narrative clarity. • Experience with Canon cameras. • Detail‑focused, calm under deadlines. • Experience in a corporate environment, interacting with senior leadership. • Ability to follow brand guidelines.
