Digital Canberra is looking for an experienced director to join our Budget Management and Business Partnering team within our Strategic Finance Branch. This is a pivotal role responsible for driving financial management excellence, influencing decision-making, and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources across the Directorate. As a director, you will lead the development and delivery of internal and external budgeting processes, management reporting, and financial analysis. You will provide high-level advice to executives and business units, translating financial strategies into operational goals and fostering a culture of accountability and performance. To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in financial management, budgeting and reporting within a complex organisation. You will have advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills and the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
