The Opportunity WEM Scape has a rewarding opportunity for a Landscape Apprentice to join the team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in landscaping, whether you're just starting out or already undertaking a Certificate III apprenticeship. We have a strong portfolio of work with multiple projects underway across Sydney's Northwest and Southwest, Hunter and Illawarra regions. This role requires travel to job sites across the area. Key Responsibilities: As a Landscape Apprentice, you will learn all aspects of landscape construction and maintenance through hands-on experience and on-the-job training, including: Assisting with landscaping tasks, including planting, mulching, soil preparation, and general site upkeep. Supporting the installation of hardscape elements such as paths, edging, retaining walls, and drainage components. Learning to safely use plant, tools, and equipment under supervision. Participating in landscape maintenance, including vegetation removal, and tidying sites Following instructions and safety requirements, asking questions to build skills and ensuring compliance with WEM Scape standards. Working collaboratively with the team, maintaining a positive attitude and willingness to learn across all tasks.
