About Rosebank College Co-curricular Program (PACE) Our College Co-curricular program is referred to as PACE, which stands for Physical and Cultural Engagement. Rosebank College offers a diverse range of activities across three categories: 1. Representative Sport: Rosebank College competes in Conference 2 against various Sydney Catholic Schools in regular Thursday matches across multiple sports. Representative Sport also includes our major carnivals — Athletics, Cross Country, and Swimming. 2. Club Sport: Students have the opportunity to play club-level sport in a variety of out-of-school competitions. 3. Co-curricular Activities: Students can participate in chess, debating, public speaking, and several Gifted and Talented programs, many of which include a competitive element. About You It is expected that all staff support the vision and goals of Rosebank College as a learning community and contribute to every aspect of College life. To be considered for Casual PACE Coaching, applicants must demonstrate: Strong interpersonal and communication skills when engaging with parents, students, and staff. The ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment. Previous experience participating at a high level or coaching in the sport/activity of interest. A current, relevant qualification, or a willingness to complete the Community Coaching Course (a free online course). A valid and current Working with Children Check, or a willingness to obtain one. A commitment to child safeguarding principles. A willingness to support the Catholic ethos and learning culture of the College.
