Regional Group are seeking a Sales Account Manager (NSW South) to step into a key role during a maternity leave period of 6 months, commencing in February 2026. The Sales Account Manager will maintain and grow relationships with all customer segments for both Concrete and Quarries within the Southern NSW region, while achieving an assigned sales and profit growth goal. The Sales Account Manager will report directly to the Sales and Concrete Manager NSW for Regional Group, the Sales Account Manager is expected to retain existing business, in addition to expanding the Group’s market share. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for supporting Regional Group’s product and service offering to both account and non-account customers in the Southern NSW area, whilst maintaining a continual focus on any growth opportunities that may be presented. The Sales Account Manager interacts with customers through a combination of telephone, email, and face-to-face meetings. The Sales Account Manager is responsible for achieving an assigned sales and profitability goal. Duties will include: Retain market share, sales, and profitability through proactive stewardship of the group’s relationship with assigned customer accounts across all segments. Penetrate assigned accounts by: Selling new or additional products or services to current clients; and/or Finding additional clients within the geographical region of Southern NSW Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success Develop positive relationships with clients Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks Site visits during product delivery to support both team & client requirements. Ensuring product quality & responsiveness to climatic and specific site conditions Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase Report on the status of accounts and transactions Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives Knowledge and experience required: Current Drivers licence Previous experience in sales preferred but not Superior written and verbal communication Listens, understands, and adapts to an audience and can communicate clearly and persuasively Proven ability to build effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across all business units and on major projects Takes ownership of outcomes, and can balance accuracy with timeliness Please note, the office is closed until 12th January 2026, we will review applications upon our return.
