This role requires strong technical elicitation skills, documentation capability, and the ability to work alongside PMs, technical SMEs, and change teams. Key Responsibilities Conduct workshops to capture technical and functional requirements Build and maintain detailed project documentation Process mapping and data flow mapping for cloud financial tooling Creation of Service Management Packs for the chosen FinOps solution Liaise with engineering, finance, operations, and change teams Support testing, validation, and broader rollout activities Assist the PM with scope, impact assessments, and stakeholder alignment Required Experience Proven experience as a Technical BA on ICT projects Strong documentation skills across requirements, processes, and data models Demonstrated ability to run technical workshops with SMEs Experience with cloud, cost-management, or FinOps tooling (e.g. Flexera) highly desirable Understanding of ITIL, service management processes, or operational handover requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder project environment Interested candidates who meet the required skillset of the role are encouraged to apply via the link with an updated resume.
