This is a key role responsible for driving the performance, reliability, and evolution of enterprise network and unified communications systems across corporate and manufacturing environments. About the Role You will lead a dedicated Network Services team, manage network and voice infrastructure, and deliver critical upgrades and projects. This role combines technical leadership, hands-on engineering, and strategic contribution to future-state architecture. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and allocate resources for the Network Services team Plan, design, and implement changes across LAN/WAN/Internet/OOB systems Monitor and resolve network performance and security issues Maintain network documentation, processes, and change management compliance Support DR planning and contribute to infrastructure strategy Provide expert input to projects and execute technical implementation tasks Manage Unified Communications platforms (MS Teams Calling, Cisco CUCM, Unity, UCCX) Provide Level 3 support and ensure SLA compliance Maintain accurate asset records and device security Skills & Experience Required: Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience 5 years in network administration Proven leadership of network operations teams Strong Cisco networking experience Knowledge of servers, storage, cloud, and virtualisation Excellent communication and problem-solving capability Preferred: CCNA/CCNP/CCIE and/or Microsoft certifications Azure/Office 365 experience Technical project delivery background About You A proactive, analytical leader with strong technical depth and a commitment to high service standards.
