What Your Day Will Look Like Lead and deliver innovative, tech-focused library programs for young people, including STEM, STEAM, coding and robotics activities Champion new and emerging technologies to enhance library services, digital literacy and community engagement Support and train staff to run high-quality, inclusive, technology-enriched programs across all library sites Build strong community connections through partnerships, outreach, events and youth engagement initiatives Oversee program operations, reporting and grants, ensuring services are well-managed, compliant and aligned with community needs. AQF Level 7 or above in a relevant field or working towards qualification and/or demonstrated extensive experience in a similar position. Demonstrated experience and commitment to the philosophies and practices of public library services, particularly in a regional environment. Demonstrated experience developing, delivering and evaluating inclusive library programs that foster literacy, creativity, inclusion and lifelong learning.
