The Role: Millennium have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to become part of our team at one of our retail clients! This role is ideal for individuals who love working in a fast-paced environment, have great attention to detail, and enjoy creating clean and welcoming spaces for our clients and customers. Roster: Monday to Friday - 06:00 - 14:06 Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support a team of cleaners. Oversee and participate in daily cleaning operations within the store. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure all tools are in good working condition. Provide shift coverage when required, demonstrating flexibility and reliability. Work independently and maintain a high level of discretion; must have access to a personal vehicle for travel between sites. About You: Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role (cleaning). Proven track record of managing a team, with a proactive attitude, the initiative to anticipate client's needs A team leader that embodies pride in their work and positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond. Mature-minded, with a clear understanding of the position is demanding and requires someone who is mature minded and cool under pressure. Ability to lead by example and motivate a team. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Reliable, professional, and client focused. Basic computer or app usage skills and phone application knowledge (e.g. timesheets, reporting) Knowledge and experience of cleaning techniques, materials, equipment (scrubbers, buffers, car park sweepers). Strong cleaning experience is required. Strong leadership skills with time management forte. Ability to train and mentor staff effectively. Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
