How You Will Make Contributions That Matter Join our UHT team in Leongatha and play a key role in producing high-quality dairy products. Your responsibilities will include: Operating, maintaining and cleaning UHT plant and equipment in line with SOPs Completing quality testing, sampling and maintaining accurate records Supporting other machine operations and packing activities Actively maintaining high standards of Quality, GMP and HACCP Participating in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives Working safely and modelling correct behaviours to ensure safety of all individuals, plant and product About You Previous experience operating machinery in a food or manufacturing environment Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot Strong focus on safety and quality standards Ability to work effectively in a team environment Physically fit for manual handling tasks Punctual and reliable Flexibility to work 12-hour rotating day/night shifts across a 24/5 roster We’ll support you with The opportunity to make contributions that matter, whilst being supported by a multinational, values led company A competitive hourly wage Learning and development opportunities with the ability to grow in your own way Ability to participate in our Employee Share Ownership Program Click on Apply for this job to submit your application.
