Social Support Coordinator Location: Kerang District Health Employment Type: Permanent Part Time 48 hours a fortnight We are seeking an experienced and motivated Social Support Coordinator to join our team. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and coordinating social support services that enhance the wellbeing of our community. About the Role The Social Support Coordinator will provide leadership and guidance to ensure high-quality, client-focused services. You will work closely with staff, volunteers, and stakeholders to deliver programs that promote social inclusion and independence. This role requires strong organisational skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to drive continuous improvement. Essential Requirements Well-developed written and verbal communication skills. Highly developed interpersonal, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills to resolve organisational issues and maintain positive stakeholder relationships. Minimum of 3 years’ experience successfully leading, motivating, and supporting a multi-disciplinary team. Demonstrated capacity for innovative thinking and action. Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and complete tasks without supervision. Compliance with mandatory requirements, including a valid Police Check and up-to-date immunisation status. Intermediate MS Office and operational software experience. Current Driver’s Licence.
